Program Outline:
Body Blast - is a specialised group personal training program perfect for those wanting to blast their body back into shape. The program is specifically targeted at burning body fat, toning and tightening flabby areas, and boosting energy and fitness levels. It's run in small groups of around five, so that each participant gets individual attention, guidance, motivation and instruction. It is perfect for those lacking motivation and needing to be pushed. Each session is run by one of our expert personal training team members in our private, fully equipped personal training studio. The workouts consist of a combination of cardio and weight training exercises with some stretches at the end. Each participant will have individual exercises selected for them each training session based on their goals, ability level, fitness and preference. The program is 100% personal training not a one-size-fits-all group class.

Cooling off period:
The program offers an initial 14-day cooling off period. This gives you the opportunity to try the program out and if for any reason at all you feel it is not suited to you, we will gladly refund any money you have paid in full.
