This is the first step in the process to reaching your health and fitness goals. It involves a one-on-one 1/2-hour sit down meeting with one of our friendly personal training team members. Here you will discuss in detail; where you are right now and where you would like to be in terms of your goals, the specifics of your goals, your past and present medical history / injuries, and your current nutrition and lifestyle habits. Together you will come up with an overall exercise plan that fits your lifestyle in terms of time, motivation, budget and availability.
