Step 2 - Comprehensive Fitness Evaluation

The second step in the process involves a 1-hour one-on-one comprehensive fitness evaluation with your personal trainer. They will take you through a set of active and passive tests designed to assess your individual current fitness levels and ability in a number of different areas. The areas assessed are; body fat, heart health, waist circumference, cardio fitness, body composition, core strength, flexibility and full body range of motion.
