Step 3 - Plan, Design and Implementation

Step three involves your trainer thoroughly analysing all the test results from the fitness evaluation and all your answers from the introductory goal setting meeting. After careful consideration of all the data they will design a complete fitness regime. Depending on your wants and needs, it may include a home exercise program as well as your personal training exercise routine and it may also include an ongoing nutrition component. From here your sessions will commence and program/s implemented.
