"I would like to thank the guys at Total balance fitness training for helping me feel better about myself. Before coming to TBFT, I was overweight and feeling terrible. I was always complaining about how bad I felt and made up many excuses to myself to get out of exercising, I had a gym membership but never used it!

Then one day I found the guys ad in the kids school letter for personal training. I thought this is what I needed to do. Being a single mum I kept thinking I really have to do something for myself, so after a month of making excuses, I thought I'm turning 40 so its now or never. I met the guys they were very professional, you could tell they new what they were talking about.

The first few weeks were hard and the guys promised me it would get easier and it definitely has. I love coming to my personal training sessions, I have much more energy and don't get as grumpy and depressed as I used to. My body shape has changed as well as my mental state. The guys are always full of helpful tips with my eating, which still needs a bit of work on my behalf. I can't believe in a few months how much fitter I have become. I am now fitter, stronger and healthier and my main goal has changed from losing weight to maintaining a healthier body for the rest of my life.
