“The experience of joining a personal training provider in mid 2009 was new to me, and I think that it is a credit to the team at TBFT that at almost one year after joining I am still keen to attend my weekly fitness training sessions. Aside from providing a friendly and social environment in which to train, the time taken by my personal trainer to regularly assess and develop my training program has enabled me to increase my muscle strength and tone areas of my body - the benefits of which have been seen in not only my overall fitness, but also in my ability to perform other sports such as water skiing.”
